In search of a cure to a disease caused by the acid rain plaguing the planet, a doctor stumbles across the remnants of a former civilization only to find her childhood friend hiding away there first. Reconnected by circumstance and entrenched together for survival, they must decide what to sacrifice for each other.

Aldebaran is a researcher who has failed to save anyone. Hyades is a scavenger living on the outskirts of the city. After going missing years ago, Aldebaran thought Hyades dead.
